What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad?
Purpose: To provide the guest with excellent customer service either on the telephone or in person with our operations check-in. The customer service representative will allow the company to carry out its mission of interpreting the Sierra National Forest and preserving the historic railroad.
Time-frame: A schedule will be established for each customer service representative within the railroad’s hours of operation. The ability to work anytime during the week, including weekends. Regular schedules and on-call schedules are both available options. A typical work day is from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. This job is seasonal between the months of April to November.
Specific duties: As a member of our reservations team you will be answering the telephone, booking reservations, checking in guests, and some retail sales with a point of sale cash register in one of our shops.
Qualifications/Skills: Outgoing, professional, and friendly disposition. Strong telephone and communication skills. Organization and the ability to multitask. Must be able to follow directions and work independently.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
