What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP/CP Pathologist position at Yosemite Pathology Medical Group?
Yosemite Pathology Medical Group, Inc. (YPMG) is a private independent pathologist owned and operated surgical pathology and cytology laboratory seeking multiple board certified AP / CP pathologists for opportunities within our growing practice. The four specific opportunities are within the cities of Modesto, Bakersfield, and Napa.
Y ou will work with thirty-two (32) Board Certified pathologists. We are a general anatomic pathology specialty practice with board certified sub specialties in dermatopathology, cytopathology, molecular pathology, and hematopathology.
The ideal candidate would be an AP / CP Board Certified California licensed or qualified pathologist and available to start as soon as possible. Any subspecialty training is welcome. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate and have a willingness to perform radiology adequacy assessment and engage with surgeons in the OR during frozen sections. Experience in a Medical Directorship role is a plus. This candidate would also be a liaison between the hospital administration, medical staff, and the community of YPMG.
