Responsibilities and Duties:

• Warmly greet every guest with a smile, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
• Become an expert on our menu, ready to answer any questions and make personalized recommendations.
• Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor, ensuring guests feel valued.
• Guide guests through the ordering process, using our "TRUST us" methodology.
• Enhance the experience by upselling beverages.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately.
• Utilize our POS system efficiently.
• Set up stations and restock supplies.
• Engage with guests to contribute to a positive experience.
• Check in and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Process payments.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach.

Pay Rate:

• Earn between $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus tips, based on your experience and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking and expediting food orders.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and safe beverage service practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A knack for anticipating guests' needs and providing attentive service.
• Strong proficiency in serving food and catering to customers' preferences. Demonstrated skills in greeting customers, presenting menus, taking food orders and expediting them through the kitchen
• Familiar with standard restaurant operations and safe beverage service
• Known for handing multiple tables simultaneously
• Upbeat professional who has a proven talent for reading guests and anticipating their needs
• Very competent at serving food and attending to the customers needs
