We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative who loves helping people, has a customer-first attitude, and believes in service with a smile!
A customer service representative, or CSR, will :
- Act as a liaison to provide product and service information
- Resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities :
Manage a large volume of incoming callsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / toolsMeet personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotasHandle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication guidelinesGo the extra mile to engage customersSkills :
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyWork Hours : 8am – 4 : 30pm Monday – Friday with 1 weekend rotation per month. This is an in-office position.
Pay : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Salary : $18 - $22
