You Are Free is a new mission-driven public benefit corporation at the intersection of fashion, social impact, and leadership development. We believe in creating high-quality, ethically sourced hoodies while using our platform to invest in the next generation of leaders. Our sales will fund art, education, and wellness initiatives for children and underserved communities.
We are seeking a visionary CEO to drive our business growth, brand impact, and leadership programs. If you have a passion for fashion, social entrepreneurship, and empowering future leaders, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities :
Define and execute a strategic vision for You Are Free
Lead growth initiatives, partnerships, and brand expansion
Oversee product development, sourcing, and ethical supply chain practices
Drive revenue through e-commerce, collaborations, and events
Engage with community programs and foster leadership development initiatives
Fundraise and secure investment opportunities
Build and manage a strong leadership team
Ideal Candidate :
- Passionate about fashion and social impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of business growth
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or brand management (preferred)
- Background in fundraising, business development, or nonprofit leadership
- Willing to work on a deferred-pay basis with long-term equity and salary potential
