Qualifications

• iOS Development Expertise: 2-5 years of software development experience, with a proven track record of developing and launching impactful iOS applications.
• Swift Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Swift, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• SwiftUI & UIKit Mastery: Expert-level skills in SwiftUI and UIKit, with experience building complex, user-centric interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Combine Framework Skills: Proficiency in the Combine framework, with expertise in implementing reactive programming patterns for managing data flow and asynchronous operations.
• Architectural Knowledge: Experience in architecting large-scale iOS applications, including a deep understanding of design patterns, scalability, and maintainability.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated technical leadership, with a history of guiding teams through complex challenges and mentoring junior developers.
• Tech Stack Expertise: Broad knowledge of the iOS tech stack, with the ability to integrate frameworks and third-party libraries effectively.
• Mobile Development Lifecycle: Comprehensive understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities for tackling complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
• Kotlin Multiplatform Knowledge (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) is a plus, indicating an interest in developing cross-platform applications with shared logic for iOS and Android.
  
  

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.

Salary Band

$175,000—$240,000 USD
