Job Summary:

You'll guide customers through our car-buying process, showcase vehicles and features, and assist them with financing options, all while achieving personal and team sales goals.

Essential Functions:

• Achieve unit and down payment goals as established by YouDrive Auto.
• Master the company’s streamlined car-buying process and educate customers effectively.
• Build rapport with customers, creating an inviting and professional environment.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Stay up to date on inventory by performing daily lot walks and ensuring the lot is presentable.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on leads using company tools and systems.
• Verify customer insurance and process payments.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales targets and support dealership goals.
• Assist with maintaining the appearance and organization of the lot and showroom.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve performance metrics.
• Professional, approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (auto industry experience is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (base commission).
