About Us: You First Fitness is a personal training studio located in the South Park district of Littleton, CO. Our mission is to promote fitness, mobility, and a pain-free lifestyle through personalized training and wellness programs. We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing freelance marketer to help us expand our reach by setting up individualized stretching events and wellness programs for local businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Approach businesses within a 5-mile radius to introduce You First Fitness and our wellness offerings.
- Set up lunchtime stretching events for local offices.
- Establish long-term wellness programs with businesses.
- Collaborate with the owner to set goals and identify ideal businesses to target.
- Represent You First Fitness with a professional appearance and a passion for fitness and mobility.
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Passion for fitness, mobility, and promoting a pain-free lifestyle.
- Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality.
- Confidence in approaching people and building professional relationships.
- Marketing experience, preferably in business-to-business outreach or community-based programs.
Compensation:
- $20/hour base pay for flexible hours.
- Additional commission:
- Bonus for each confirmed event set up.
- Larger bonus for establishing long-term wellness programs.
- Base pay and commission are negotiable based on experience, efficiency, and results.
