Position: Entry Level Relocation Advisor
Position Overview: As an Entry Level Relocation Advisor at Southwind, you will collaborate closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in managing and motivating our sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring we meet revenue targets. What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, services, and availability.
- Schedule moves and maintain meticulous records in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Track sales activities and maintain detailed customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth execution of moves.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
