As Outpatient Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision and training to team members who directly impact the lives of children and their families through our successful mental health programs. You will lead a caring and highly regarded staff of outpatient clinical therapists in our Richfield location.
We are looking for a motivated professional to manage the outpatient clinical treatment program by providing leadership, supervision, clinical supervision, and strategic facilitation with external entities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that team members are achieving their productivity goals, conducting formal and ongoing informal performance reviews of Outpatient Therapists and creating developmental plans when necessary, ensuring accurate and complete documentation is done from intake to closing, ensuring compliance with outside funding and accrediting agencies, overseeing Rule 29 and Rule 47 requirements, and engaging the outpatient team in a Center of Excellence Model.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of outpatient services.
- Manage a small client caseload dependent on the amount of direct reports.
- Monitor and develop plans to increase service area customer satisfaction and quality.
- Monitor service area productivity to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Assist the Director of Clinical Services in managing fiscal operations to ensure financial viability of all conical outpatient programs.
- Maintain and enforce policies and procedures.
- Adhere to compliance requirements for DHS, contracts and payers.
- Assist intake to coordinate and assign new clients.
- Problem-solve client complaints.
Supervisory responsibilities
- Hire and orient new team members.
- Develop individual development plans to increase team members' effectiveness and efficiency in current position.
- Provide effective leadership, development experiences and constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor all aspects of team members' performance to ensure excellent customer service, paperwork compliance and productivity as well as professional growth and development.
- Conduct annual performance reviews.
- Provide direction, coaching and mentoring to team members.
- In collaboration with Human Resources, conduct disciplinary action as needed.
Compliance
- Implement Rule 29 and Rule 47 requirements and all contract requirements to assure compliance.
Evaluate and improve outpatient services.
- Measure and evaluate client outcomes.
- Develop plans to improve client outcomes.
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness in clinical and administrative areas.
- Follow and enforce all agency policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in program supervision and management
- At least two years of experience in clinical outpatient services
- Licensed as a mental health professional.
- Board-approved to provide clinical supervision.
- At least one year of experience developing community partnerships.
- At least one year of experience in program development.
- At least one year of experience in the Department of Human Service compliance.
- Proven ability to increase client outcomes.

Salary : $30 - $39
