YouDecide.com, a leader in the Voluntary Benefit industry, is hiring a support position in their Billing/Customer Service Department.
The responsibilities are Administrative/Customer Service related. We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong customer service skills, someone who is self-motivated with great time management, ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile daily incoming file data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve billing or customer service questions in a timely manner.
- Perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy of data.
- Work closely with external carrier relations to research billing questions
Prior Billing Experience is not needed. YouDecide.com will train the appropriate candidate.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. Work schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. This position will start out as on site only until training is completed and then transition to a hybrid work schedule (on site M,W,F). This position will work closely with other members of our Billing and Operations team. College Degree is preferred.

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
