Your purpose
The Personal Training Sales Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling personal training packages to new and existing members. This role involves understanding clients' fitness goals, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a strong sales acumen.

These packages typically include base pay, along with opportunities for additional earnings through commissions and/or bonuses. This is a full time hourly position.
Core Job Duties

Sales Promotion: Actively promote and sell personal training packages to new and existing gym members.

Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Assessment Booking: Meet or exceed monthly assessment booking expectations for new members (50% of total new joins).

Client Satisfaction: Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and progress toward their fitness goals.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement and retention.

Client Support: Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients.

Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and training sessions.

Session Coordination: Schedule and coordinate personal training sessions between clients and trainers.

Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, products, and programs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the fitness team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and management to develop effective sales strategies and promotions.

Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Computer Literacy: Demonstrate Intermediate computer literacy skills for use of job-related software and technology

Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

NCAA Accredited Personal Training Certification is required within 90 days of employment.

Experience in sales.

Experience in fitness industry preferred.

Effective English communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is favored.

Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Physical Demands

The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a team member to perform the essential functions of this role successfully. While performing the duties of this role, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely an active role with some bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and stooping required.
