This role is in the survey operations department of YouGov's Scientific Research Group (SRG). Scientific Research is YouGov’s business unit responsible for technology, academic, health, and public affairs research. This role would sit with the operations unit that works with SRG’s researchers and data analysts fielding cutting-edge research for academics, health researchers, policy think tanks, and unique corporate clients.
Responsibilities :
- Programming complex surveys using an in-house scripting language based on Python.
- Setting up surveys for fielding in YouGov’s multiple markets and languages.
- Testing survey appearance and user experience on various web browsing platforms and devices.
- Monitoring, investigating, and reporting on data collection issues resulting from survey programming.
- Cleaning and preparing survey data deliverables.
