Job Description:
YouLand is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst for our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in analyzing and trading packages of US residential whole loans, including bridge loans and fix-and-flip loans for residential property. Experience with US non-agency structures and securitization processes is essential. Developing and nurturing relationships with internal and external parties to facilitate secondary trading and marketing activities is a key aspect of this role. Candidates with previous experience working for an aggregator are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external parties to facilitate warehouse line of credit, whole loan secondary trading, and marketing activities.
- Support and manage the US whole loan bidding and trading process along with securitization issuances of business purpose loans including bridge loans and fix-and-flip loans for residential property.
- Develop, maintain, and manage all US related pricing models and processes.
- Utilize programming knowledge as well as internal technology resources to create process efficiencies and enhance trading capacity and capability.
- Monitor trade pipeline to assist clients and internal resources in pricing.
- Measure and hedge risk generated by lock and purchase activity.
- Develop relationships with external third parties including rating agencies, banks, lawyers, and lenders.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with Bridge, SFR, and other residential mortgage loans.
- Rudimentary Fixed Income Markets knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with Senior Management regarding the progress and results of volume and timelines.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
- Experience with US non-agency structures and securitization processes.
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

- Non-QM, Bridge, SFR, and/or Other Residential Mortgage: 3 years (Required).
