Role Description
This is a full-time in person role as a Associate of Loan Processing at Youland. You will be responsible for managing the loan processing workflow and ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan operations. This includes reviewing loan applications, gathering required documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate loan closings.
Qualifications
Proficiency in reading title documents a must
Proficiency in reading entity documents a must
Experience in construction lending preferred
2 years experience in loan processing, underwriting, or related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial documents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in loan processing and understanding lender guidelines
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in the real estate or mortgage industry a must
Previous experience in private money lending is a plus
