Role Description: Account Executive
This position is in office. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join YouLand. This role is ideal for a sales professional with at least 1 year of experience. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate investors through targeting cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of real estate investors and brokers to drive loan origination.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
- Present YouLand’s lending products and solutions to potential clients, tailoring financing structures to meet their investment needs.
- Negotiate loan terms and structure deals in collaboration with underwriting and capital markets teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field from an established 4-year university.
- GPA of 3.0 (Please submit your transcript with your resume)
- Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- 1 years of experience in sales (Cold calling experience mandatory)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in real estate or private lending.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
Compensation:
- On target earnings will be 200,000 annually after 6-12 months
