The Role:
The YouLend Global Partnerships team stewards our relationships with key accounts across payments, e-commerce, food delivery, and vertical SaaS spaces.
The US Partner Manager will coordinate diverse, evolving groups to achieve dramatic growth in the extension of business funding to SMBs in the United States.
With broad remit, this individual will partner with internal external peers across marketing, sales, engineering, and product domains to continually expand the awareness of and strengthen the delivery of YouLend's merchant financing product.

Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial partnerships and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all departments including Product, Sales and Risk
- 5 years' experience in a partner-facing sales role, for example as a Key Account Manager, Senior Partnership Manager, or Relationship Manager. Financial services experience highly preferred
- Strong aptitude for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to assess partnerships with a strategic lens and identify key areas for partnership growth/ improvement
- Ability to multi-task and manage many different projects or tasks at once
- Proficiency with complex data sets
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary : $150,000
