Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for design, as well as experience in screen printing techniques. This role involves producing high-quality prints on various materials while ensuring that color accuracy and design integrity are maintained. The Screen Printer will work closely with the design team to bring concepts to life through innovative printing methods.

Duties

• Operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on various substrates.
• Prepare screens and inks according to specifications and color requirements.
• Ensure proper setup, alignment, and registration of prints for accuracy.
• Maintain quality control throughout the printing process, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with designers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to screen printing.

Experience

• Proven experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with color theory and its application in print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus for web-related projects.
• Experience in fashion design or photography can enhance creative output.
• Understanding of CAD software may be beneficial for design purposes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: $20.18 - $23.87 per hour
