We are looking for a mature and dependable customer-oriented service representative. A Scheduling Specialist will act as a liaison, provide service information and resolve any emerging problems that our patients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best Scheduling Specialists are genuinely excited to help patients. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Scheduling Specialist can put themselves in their patients and parents’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to Scheduling specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries and maintain high patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess patient/parents’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with patients/parents accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage patients/parents
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
