Job Summary:
The Sober Living Manager is responsible for synchronizing the outpatient treatment experience with residential community sober living by overseeing and enforcing the daily case management and progress monitoring of the SLE department. The SLM will fulfill third-party compliance requirements and maintain an organized treatment office environment. The SLM will ensure the Sober Living Homes run in accordance with the ARS regulations for sober living residences in support of pro-social community living and individual treatment goals.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate the transition and admission of patients from the treatment facility to a sober living environment.
- Supervise and ensure the Sober Living Coordinators daily dispatching and workflow.
- Manage and direct the workflow of case management as it relates to housing needs.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory of office supplies, ensuring all basic office needs are met efficiently.
- Oversee the greeting and initial support of patients who enter a sober living environment as needed.
- Oversee the access and updating of clinical records as necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee and coordinate urine analysis procedures in accordance with ARS policy.
- Manage coordination with operations and quality assurance to support program structure and compliance.
- Oversee all aspects of sober living coordination, ensuring a supportive and structured environment.
- Supervise and coordinate with the facilities department for all maintenance needs.
- Oversee the facilitation or coordination of community meetings to foster a supportive community atmosphere.
- Manage and oversee the coordination or conduct of bedroom searches to maintain safety and compliance.
- Oversee the ordering of food and household supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Supervise and maintain inventories for the sober living environment (SLE).
- Ensure the enforcement of residential rules, maintaining a structured and disciplined environment.
- Oversee and manage the schedules of overnight and recovery techs, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
- Manage and oversee SLE intakes and discharges, coordinating closely with client services.
- Uphold and enforce ARS’ standards, policies, procedures, code of conduct, and the rights of persons served.
- Oversee and ensure the achievement of minimum billing utilization goals.
- Execute other duties as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer.
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:
- Successful Background Check: Must have a clear and approved background check through GEO/CDCR.
- Valid Identification Card
- Negative TB Test: Must provide proof of a negative TB test.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 Years Experience in Case Management
- 3 Years in Program Management, with proven leadership abilities.
- In-Depth Knowledge of Evidence-Based Recovery Curriculum: Must be highly familiar with and knowledgeable about evidence-based recovery curricula.
- Can lift up to 40 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,400.00 - $80,121.60 per year
