Our Young Powersports Team is Growing AGAIN! We have a NEW Units Distribution Center coming to our Centerville XL Campus and we are looking for a Rockstar Inventory Specialist to add to our team! Do you love the look of a freshly polished motorcycle or ATV? We''re looking for a meticulous and motivated Powersports Detailer to help keep our vehicles showroom-ready. In this hands-on role, you''ll be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and prepping a wide range of powersports vehicles—from side-by-sides to sport bikes—for display, delivery, or resale. Responsibilities
- Clean and detail new and used powersports vehicles including motorcycles
- ATVs
- UTVs
- snowmobiles
- and personal watercraft.
- Wash
- wax
- buff
- and polish vehicles using detailing tools and products.
- Clean wheels
- tires
- engine compartments
- and undercarriages.
- Remove stains and odors from seats
- carpets
- and other interior surfaces.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments as needed (ceramic coatings
- fabric protection
- etc.).
- Assist with pre-delivery inspections and final prep for customer pickups.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and work area.
- Safely move vehicles in and out of service bays and around the lot.
- Support dealership events
- photo shoots
- or inventory updates by prepping vehicles as needed.
- Report any vehicle damage or mechanical issues to the Service Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior detailing
- cleaning
- or reconditioning experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced
- physically active environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50-100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license required (motorcycle endorsement a bonus!).
