Responsibilities
- Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Schedule appointments for service customers
- Follow up on recalls and warranty work
- Confirm appointments and reschedule no-show appointments
- Work with and follow up with Service Department Advisors and Managers to determine outcomes and appointments kept
- Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
- Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
- Answer incoming service calls/leads - instant messages - chats
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Excellent phone skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
