Responsibilities
- Order
- receive
- and organize automotive parts for repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Work closely with technicians and estimators to provide the right parts on time.
- Verify parts for accuracy and quality upon arrival.
- Handle parts returns and warranties as needed.
- Assist with parts pricing and billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts area.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive parts
- dealership
- or body shop preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory and ordering.
- Valid driver''s license may be required.
