- Lead a dynamic group of Parts Drivers - Parts Associates and Warehouse Support Staff to reach their maximum potential
- Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group
- Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time
- Commit to grow professionally and personally
- Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
- Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
- Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
- Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
Qualifications

- A history of exceeding expectations and performance metrics at all levels
- Demonstrated success as a trainer
