Our Young Powersports Team is Growing AGAIN! We have a NEW Units Distribution Center coming to our Centerville XL Campus and we are looking for a Rockstar Inventory Specialist to add to our team! Do you Love working with your hands and being around bikes, ATVs, and UTVs all day? As a Powersports Assembly Technician, you''ll play a vital role in bringing powersports machines to life. You''ll be responsible for assembling new units out of the crate, performing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), and ensuring everything is ready for the showroom or customer delivery. Responsibilities

• • Uncrate and assemble new motorcycles
  • ATVs
  • UTVs
  • snowmobiles
  • and personal watercraft according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform thorough pre-delivery inspections to ensure all components are functioning properly and safely.
  • Torque bolts to spec
  • install batteries
  • fluids
  • tires
  • and accessories as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed assemblies and inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and correct basic mechanical or cosmetic issues during the assembly process.
  • Assist with setup for events
  • showroom floor updates
  • or customer deliveries.
  • Keep work area clean
  • organized
  • and compliant with safety protocols.
  • Communicate with service and sales teams regarding unit readiness
  • missing parts
  • or special requests.
  • Occasionally assist with basic repairs
  • accessory installations
  • or general service work if needed.

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 years of experience in mechanical assembly
  • small engine repair
  • or powersports service preferred.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort using hand tools
  • torque wrenches
  • and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret service manuals and assembly instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Valid driver’s license required (motorcycle endorsement a plus).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced
  • team-oriented environment.
