We are committed to providing top-notch service and expertise to our customers. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Associate to join our team.As a Parts Associate you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and parts department by providing them with the parts and accessories they need to keep their powersports vehicles running smoothly. You will assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles, as well as handle inventory management and order processing. Responsibilities
- Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional and efficient manner
- Provides exceptional customer service to every customer
- Selling parts to all internal and external customers over the counter through the shop or on the phone
- Pull orders
- Picks up and delivers parts as needed
- Drives safely and courteously at all times
- Ensures that areas of the parts departments are properly stocked and organized
- Ensures the cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash - sweeping floors and dusting parts bins daily
Qualifications
- A passion for Powersports
- A solid work history with experience in parts
- A commitment to do your best work every day
- A valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Able to pass background and drug screening
- Previous sales experience extremely helpful
