Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Honda motorcycles
- ATVs
- UTVs
- and related accessories.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on products
- features
- and benefits to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Build strong
- lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through active prospecting
- follow-up
- and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain product knowledge to stay current with new Honda releases

- and market trends.
- Work closely with the service and parts departments to meet customer needs.
- Participate in showroom and community events to promote the Honda brand and grow the business.
Qualifications
- Passion for powersports and outdoor recreation.
- Previous sales experience
- preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
