- Lead a dynamic group of Service Technicians and Service Advisors to reach their maximum potential

- Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time
- Commit to grow professionally and personally
- Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
- Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
- Manage technician productivity
- Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
- Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
Qualifications

- A proven history of success leading a team in the automotive or powersports service industry
- Knowledge of powersports and fixed operations
- Demonstrated success as a trainer
- A clean driving record
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Knowledge of Lightspeed EVO is a plus
