JOB DESCRIPTION The Brewery Cellar Worker is a Full-time position and will be responsible to maintain and execute all functions according to direction and policy at the highest level of quality, expectation, and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
-Perform all duties in a brewery cellar including transferring beer, cleaning tanks, kegging finished product, brite tank additions, sample taking, and more
-Operate keg cleaning machine
-Follow verbal directions of Head Brewer and Production Manager during work
-Adhere to company SOPs for all processes
-Drive company delivery truck for product deliveries to distributors and Tasting Rooms
REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-Positive attitude
-Ability to work in a team environment with other people
-Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs
-1 Year Cellar/Brewery experience preferred but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to regularly twist, turn and move items up to 60 lb
- Able to occasionally lift supplies and equipment up to 175-lb
- Able to work in a production environment where noise level is usually moderate to loud and warehouse temperature fluctuates according to the weather.
SCHEDULE
-Work days start between 7-9 am, start time can be flexible to fit candidates needs
-Work days are Monday-Friday
-Cellar Worker would also be on a rotating schedule to perform a small number of duties on Sunday, typically once a month.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION
