Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Automotive Sales Manager/Finance Manager to oversee and integrate both sales and finance operations. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual capable of leading a sales team, optimizing financial deals, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
