Job Summary : The Customer Concierge will be the first point of contact for our service customers, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
This role involves assisting customers throughout their journey from inquiries to vehicle delivery ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, providing information about our vehicles and services.
- Maintain customer information in a CRM to effectively assist customers.
- Follow up with customers’ post-visit to ensure their needs were met and gather feedback to improve service.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to streamline customer interactions and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Manage all loaner vehicle contracts and inspections.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
