Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in marketing. This is an entry level position which starts as part-time (20 hours per week), eventually transitioning into full-time. Initial weeks will be training period. Work is Hybird, must be able to commute to office one day per week and also attend in person cleint meetings.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Team
- Assist Account Managers and Account Coordinators with various projects
- Coordinate the scheduling of cleint and agency tasks
- Varios marketing tasks including, preparing reports, email marketing, market research, minor webiste updates in Wordpress, Photoshop tasks, etc.
- Attending online and in person meetings
- Interface with cleints
-Various other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Marketing Intership experience a plus
- Dependable, organized with good time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Experience using Miscrosoft Office and Google Docs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with Adobe photoshop, Canva, email marketing platforms, Wordpress, a plus
