Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning activities in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Maintain floors through regular care including buffing and stripping as needed.
- Handle custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Occasionally assist with residential painting projects when necessary.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
