Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and secure collaborations with brands, sponsors, and advertisers that align with YE’s audience and values.
• Campaign Execution: Design and manage partnership campaigns, ensuring successful delivery of creative, content, and promotional assets.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for brand partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets through innovative partnerships and sponsorships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, social media, and content teams to integrate brand partnerships seamlessly into YE’s platform.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report the performance of partnership campaigns, providing insights for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in brand partnerships, sales, or a related role within media, entertainment, or advertising.
• Established Network: Must have an extensive Rolodex of contacts, including brands, agencies, and entertainment professionals, and be ready to leverage these connections to drive immediate results.
• Strong understanding of the entertainment industry and YE’s target audience.
• Proven ability to create and close partnership deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
