Public Relations and Social Media Associate

Now Hiring : Public Relations & Social Media Associate – Full-Time at YEAA!

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for public relations and social media? YEAA is seeking a Public Relations & Social Media Associate to join our team full-time!

Location : Fully in-office, with travel required; weekend remote work during critical company schedules

Starting Wage : $18-$22 per hour overtime during specific seasonal months

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation : Develop, write, and edit a wide range of communications materials, including blog posts, newsletters, social media content, press releases, and website copy.
Digital and Social Media Management : Manage YEAA’s social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement. Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance.
Visual Content Production : Create engaging visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Photography and Videography : Capture high-quality photographs and videos at events, ensuring proper lighting and composition.
Event Support : Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and other promotional activities, including coordinating logistics and developing promotional materials.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, social media management, or a related role.

Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.

Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Willingness to travel as needed and work remotely during critical company schedules.
