Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all warranty claims processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze warranty claims to determine validity and appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, quality assurance, and product development, to address warranty-related concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warranty processes and reduce claim turnaround times.
- Train and mentor team members on warranty procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and resolutions for reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their warranty inquiries and claims status.
- Monitor industry trends related to warranties and recommend adjustments to policies as needed.

This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality service and customer care through effective management of our warranty programs. The Warranty Manager is responsible for filing and keeping up on all warranty claims for the company across several stores.
PAY RANGE: $15-$20
Experience
3 years of warranty writing experience is prefered
Skills
Ability to model positive behavior, organize and maintain work flow, provide effective leadership, and exercise independent critical judgment. Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, work with little supervision, basic level of computer skills and proficient email correspondence. Working knowledge of boat and jet ski and RV's operation is preferred.

Office job, May require taking pictures of parts and units outside from time to time
Hours of Work
Typical 40hr work week. May vary during peak season. Closed Sundays and Mondays
Travel
Requires a minimal amount of travel.

1. Leadership

· Support and execute Service Manager’s decisions.
· Provide regular and frequent feedback to Service Manager on a weekly basis.

2. Operations
-File warranty claims with manufactures
-Reconcile accounts concerning warranty claims
- work directly with service writers and service manager to maximize warranty profits
3. Communication
· Responsible for communicating with management and all other employees who work in conjunction with the Service Department.
· Accept constructive feedback in a positive manner and use feedback to develop plans for improvement.
· Help create a positive work environment for staff and customers.
· Effectively handle stress, an increased workload, and/or workplace challenges in a calm and professional manner.
· Return phone calls and emails in a timely manner and communicate often to appropriate supervisors.
