Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and fashion-savvy Personal Assistant to support a Fashion Executive . This role involves sample management, social media engagement, personal errands, and event coordination . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment , balancing administrative and personal support duties .
Key Responsibilities : Fashion & Admin Support
- Organize and track fashion samples, orders, and returns .
- Organize and maintain the sample room daily.
- Manage Shopify orders , giveaway packages.
- Assist in sample meetings and note-taking.
- Check the warehouse for new sample deliveries and retrieve samples when needed
