Summary: The Senior Videographer Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing high-quality video content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives. This role involves managing all aspects of video production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Senior Video Production Manager collaborates closely with creative, marketing, and external partners to produce engaging and impactful video content that drives audience engagement and supports the company’s strategic goals.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the entire video production and including the shooting process, cameras, work with pre-production, production, and post-production teams, ensuring all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop story boards and video content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of video projects.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, and other production staff, ensuring that all aspects of the shoot are executed efficiently and creatively.
- Maintain and manage camera equipment and studio, ensuring it is up-to-date and in optimal working condition.
- Work with external vendors and partners, including freelance talent, production companies, and post-production houses, to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production, applying this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of the video production process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and copyright regulations in the creation and distribution of video content.
- Analyze the performance of video content, using insights to optimize future projects and enhance the effectiveness of video campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in video production, with a deep understanding of the production process from concept to completion.
- Proficient in video editing software and production tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate brand messages into compelling video content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of current video production trends, techniques, and technologies, with the ability to apply them to enhance content quality.
- Understanding of legal and copyright issues related to video production and distribution.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of managing large-scale video projects from start to finish.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in a corporate or agency environment, with a focus on producing branded content.
- Experience with live streaming and virtual event production.
- Certifications in video production, editing, or related fields.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.
Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee’s manager.
Physical Demands:

Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds.
