What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator I- Member Experience position at Young Men's Christian Association of Central Virginia?
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Membership Experience Director, and in harmony with the mission and purpose of the established policies and goals of the YMCA of Central Virginia, the Member Experience Coordinator I assist with member retention, engagement, and membership sales. With an emphasis on ensuring the highest quality service to members and guests, the Membership Experience Coordinator will work closely with other Branch leaders in efforts to welcome, connect, support, and engage all members and staff.
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
