Are you passionate about wellness and making a positive impact? The Grandview Family YMCA is looking for a dynamic Wellness Director to lead and inspire it’s wellness department. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment where members can connect, achieve wellness goals, and thrive.
- Manage wellness programs for all ages, from personal training, group exercise, to youth wellness and specialized programs.
- Build and motivate a talented team of wellness staff and volunteers, ensuring a positive and supportive culture.
- Help members achieve their fitness goals by providing coaching, assessments, and training.
- Manage budgets, ensure the wellness center stays top-notch, and implement innovative programs that will keep members coming back.
- Be a part of exciting community health events and help grow our wellness programs, offering people in our community the chance to transform their lives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- A passion for health and wellness, with at least 2 years of experience in the wellness field.
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, and O2 (and a commitment to ongoing learning).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and motivating others.
- A drive to create a positive, engaging experience for every member.
