Summer Day Camp Lead Counselor Pay Rate : $15 per hour Description : The Day Camp Lead Counselor provides direct supervision of a group of children in a seasonal day camp and assists the Camp Director in administration. Lead Counselors are cause-driven, dynamic members of the YMCA summer team who plan and execute camp programs and assist in creating a safe, active and fun environment. Seasonal : Full Time and Part Time Hours (25-40 hours / week). Training begins the week of May 22. Camp ends no later than August 18. Exact dates vary by location.
