Responsibilities:
- Create welcoming environment and build genuine relationships
- Answer phones, complete program registrations, membership sales and proficiently perform all membership functions in the membership software system.
- Using good listening skills, deliver member-focused tours to potential new members and provide excellent service to active members.
- Strong organizational, computer, communication and interpersonal skills desired.
- The ability and willingness to learn, multi-task with good problem solving skills, along with excellent
- customer service/sales skills are essential.
Position Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Preferred minimum Age 21
