The Heart of the Valley YMCA is hiring daytime Lifeguards. Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of the swim participants, watching the deck & pool and ensuring a safe area. This is a part-time position with hours of opportunity during the day. Shifts available between 5-29 hours a week as well as premium pay for lifeguards that work between the hours of 4:30–8:00 AM.
- 16 years of age or older.
- Previous Lifeguard/CPR Pro and First Aid certification is preferred but not required.
- Previous lifeguard experience welcomed, but not required.
- Previous swimming experience necessary.
