The Appleton YMCA is hiring a full-time program registrar for our Before & After School Care Programs. As the registrar, you'll be responsible for the administrative & program registration duties within school age child care program. Work closely with the Appleton Area School District (AASD) and state of Wisconsin to ensure licensing requirements and educational goals of our programming continue to exceed expectations. Responsibilities also include reporting, student & family registration and billing. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with Microsoft 365.
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling.
- Prior working experience in the child care industry and knowledge of licensing requirements is required
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple office tasks, customer, staff and program needs
- Ability to handle detailed work
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effective communication skills with persons of varying educational and experiential backgrounds
