The Heart of the Valley YMCA is hiring seasonal soccer camp instructors to lead our weekly soccer camps. Previous involvement leading workouts and coaching athletes, paired previous soccer experience will take this role to the next level. Bring your energy & passion to the perfect part-time summer job - work outside, mornings only and playing games with school age athletes who are excited about soccer.
This is a part-time seasonal role. Additional hours are available within the Sports & Rec department or other areas of the Y.
- 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate experience & knowledge with soccer
- Desire to teach games, sports, and other related youth activities
- Ability to work with young adults while building positive relationships with participants and volunteers.
- Commitment to working with youth from a variety of backgrounds.
