POSITION SUMMARY : This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Cook is responsible for prepping, preparing, and serving well-rounded meals each day at camp, ensuring the kitchen and dining hall is clean and organized, communicating with the Program Director on meals, directing kitchen assistants, planning and prepping meals for those with dietary restrictions, and other duties as required. Attend required abuse risk management training. Adhere to policies related to boundaries with consumers. Adhere to procedures related to managing and supervising high-risk activities.
