What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dance Instructor/Choreographer (Adult/Kid Classes) position at Young Reach Dance Studio?
We are seeking passionate and experienced Dance Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in one or more dance styles and have a strong desire to inspire and educate students of varying ages and skill levels. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to create a fun and disciplined class environment are essential.
Key Requirements:
- A strong passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Proven experience teaching dance in a studio, school, or equivalent setting
- Proficiency in Hip-Hop, Jazz Funk, Choreography, or other dance styles
- Ability to choreograph and teach routines clearly and effectively
- Performance and/or competition experience is a plus
Compensation:
- Competitive base hourly rate, based on experience and class type
- Additional bonuses available based on class sign-ups and performance
