We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children, helping them build foundational academic, social, and emotional skills. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with other educators and caregivers to ensure each child’s well-being and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each child, accommodating various learning styles.
  • Foster positive relationships with children and establish clear boundaries and expectations for behavior.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children’s progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and developmental assessments.
  • Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and complies with all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide programs.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with early childhood education best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
  • Current Child Abuse Clearance (CBR) required.
  • Ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting as required by law.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility in schedule and approach to teaching.
  • Positive, nurturing, and professional attitude at all times.
