Summary of Position
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting for the Operational projects for YoungWillliams. This position will entail all facets of managing company performance metrics, ensuring metrics align with company goals, working closely with other members of management to develop and implement plans that will positively impact our business, and providing information to key personnel that allows them to make the right business decisions.

- Advises and collaborates with Company leadership to understand data analysis needs, plan, implement, and evaluate performance measures and accountability systems for YoungWilliams.
- Recommends, develops plans, oversees, and completes the development of strategies, tools, metrics for reporting performance on YoungWilliams business systems including the development of dashboards; tracking, reporting, and interpreting historical and current data on program/operational performance.
- Detects trends and anomalies in the data and conducts analytics to report on factors driving the patterns; and makes data projections for program/operational performance. Create a structured development process for all Analytics and Reporting activities to ensure all changes are planned, designed, developed, tested, documented, implemented, and communicated appropriately. Leads development efforts with technical team liaisons, including business requirements gathering and documentation, testing, delivery, and user adoption, and effectively communicate deliverable expectations to all business units.
- Coordinates with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products. Serves as SME to lead education and adoption of new reporting tools and processes. Leads team in preparation of ad hoc and/or special reports approved for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develops, implements, and monitors analytics and reporting policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and quality.
- Uses many sources including vendor contacts and professional relationships to keep up with relevant analytics and reporting changes and new ideas from outside the organization. Help lead regular team meetings to instill a culture of willingness and bidirectional feedback while adhering to policies and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field
- Two to five years of experience with business processes, project management and process improvement techniques
- 5 years of data analysis experience, including data warehouse, coding, or ETL experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI required
- Advanced SQL and Microsoft Access skills, relational database knowledge, and various data reporting tool experience preferred.
- Knowledge of statistics and application of high-level mathematical models
