We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Business Operations Associate to support the legal, operational, and strategic setup of YOUNG in the United States. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to take ownership of key operational tasks. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring YOUNG’s expansion in the U.S. is set up smoothly by:
- Supporting Legal & Compliance Processes: Assisting with research and coordination of corporate registration, visa/green card processes, tax structures, and legal frameworks.
- Building a Network & Partnerships: Establishing relationships with investors, legal firms, and key players in Miami’s startup ecosystem.
- Market Research & Validation: Analyzing which YOUNG brands (media, workspaces, investments, hospitality) have the most potential in the U.S. market.
- Operational Setup & Execution: Helping to establish business processes, structuring contracts, and ensuring a smooth operational foundation for YOUNG USA.
- Project Coordination: Managing key tasks such as office space searches, administrative work, and liaising with different stakeholders to drive progress.
- Proactive and hands-on – you take initiative, solve problems, and get things done.
- Strong organizational skills – ability to structure processes and keep track of multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and networking skills – comfortable engaging with external stakeholders.
- Interest in legal, business operations, and international expansion – prior experience in these areas is a plus, but not required.
- Adaptable and resourceful – able to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
